WELCOME TO Dance To EvOLvE
Our progressive dance classes provide a challenging yet fun-filled environment for kids to constantly advance and grow in their skills. All toddlers and kids dance classes are great for boys and culminate in a much-anticipated annual spring showcase.
We offer the following classes . . .
Spend a magical time with your child while they learn to move to music and develop their motor and listening skills in a fun environment. This is an adult/child interactive dance class and caregivers and little siblings welcome. Dress code and dance shoes are not required for this class.
Introductory dance classes that include tap, ballet, hip hop, or jazz and dance games. Classes are energetic, expressive, and fun so your dancer will learn dance basics in an age appropriate way. Each class includes both styles, and if applicable, dancers will change shoes in class with the teacher’s assistance.
Our Hip Hop dance classes at Dance To EvOLvE are an exhilarating and dynamic experience for kids. With high energy and a fast-paced environment, this class inspires creativity and fosters a fun-filled atmosphere. As they groove to the beats, children enhance their coordination, musicality, and listening skills.
Getting Started
Upon registration, families are enrolled in auto-pay month to month unless the office is notified otherwise via email by the 25th of the month.
$70.00 per 4-Week Month with Auto-Renewal*
Prorated accordingly if it is a 3 or 5-week month.
Billed on the 28th of each month.
Dancers’ registration continues each month until family requests to switch to semester enrollment or to cancel. Minimum dance class enrollment is one month. Cancellation notifications must be submitted to the EvOLvE office via email prior to the 25th of the next month as the credit card on file will be automatically charged around the 28th of each month. Dance class cancellation requests cannot be submitted to teachers. NO REFUNDS after the payment has been processed. Billed monthly on the 28th of each month. Monthly charge will vary depending if it is a 3, 4 or 5-week month.
10% DISCOUNT Semester Auto-Renewal Registration: (This option is only valid at the beginning of a semester as it is not prorated.) Dancers’ registration continues semester to semester until family requests to switch to monthly enrollment or to cancel. Cancellation notifications must be submitted to the EvOLvE office via email prior to the next semester as the credit card on file will be automatically charged prior to the next semester starting. Kid’s dance class cancellation requests cannot be submitted to teachers. NO REFUNDS after the payment has been processed.

Policies
Upon registration all families are enrolled in auto-renewal* for their class from semester-to-semester or month-to-month until you notify the office otherwise via email. (Cancellations cannot go through the teacher.)

Monthly Auto-Renewal Registration: Dancers registration continues month to month until family requests to switch to semester enrollment or to cancel. Minimum enrollment is one month. Monthly tuition is processed on the 28th of each month (or closest business day) and is prorated accordingly for any 3 or 5 week months.
All cancellations must be received through the office via email by the 25th of the month. There are no refunds after payment has been processed.
*Auto-renewal may or may not be applicable to after-school and daycare/preschool programs. Please see the website for information regarding your specific school or daycare.
You will be notified by email if your credit card was declined. Please update the payment method on file prior to the 1st of the month to avoid a $25 late fee added to your balance.
If payment is not received by the first class of the month, your dancer will be dropped from the class and re-registration will be based on class availability with the $25 late fee.
Class make-ups are allowed for:
Dancers have one month to make-up any missed class from the day they missed class. It can be made-up in any age appropriate class at any location (excluding Poway). Classes must be made up while you are registered in class and cannot be done in a dancer’s regular class. We appreciate an email prior to your make-up class so we can confirm the class has availability for an extra student. (We always want to maintain quality!) See schedule for make-up options. There are no refunds or credits for missed classes.
