Hailing from the Philippines is Carla, who’s an expert in project management, business process and operations, training and talent development and performance analytics, while having rhythm in her soul and a passion for dance. This geek with the gift of gab and groove has been using her bachelor’s degree in computer science and master’s in business administration with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, to optimize processes and make things run smoother than a perfectly choreographed routine.

Now, she’s on a different mission. She wants to channel her love for dance and her knack for organizing and systems development into the creative education industry. Why? Because she truly believes in making an impact; not to mention that her first aspired career is to become a teacher. She wants to inspire the students, infuse creativity into education, and help the company grow and shine through her passion for dance and service.
