Dance Party Themes
It’s a bird, it’s a plane, it’s a dancing Superhero! This is a fun, high energy kid’s party idea that is catered towards the unmatched energy of a hero or heroine. Superheroes will get to learn hip hop dancing powers while having a blast. Here is your Superhero’s chance to save the day! (It is a great idea to include the dance party on the invitation so that all children can come dressed as their favorite superhero!
Recommended For Kids Ages: 3-8 years
We will create an enchanted land of dancing princes and princesses in a land far, far away for this fun party idea. Crowns, magic wands, glitter, and stickers are used to create this magical time. Pictures and costumes are encouraged for this kid’s party idea.
Recommended For Kids Ages: 2-8 years
This exciting, fast paced kid’s party enables boys to be boys and girls to be girls. This non-stop class includes basic hip-hop moves, tumbling (if space and age is appropriate), dance games and use of imagery and props such as parachutes, tunnels, and dancing ribbons. Specific class activities will be catered to the average age of dancers. Stickers given to all participants.

Everyone will be moving to the latest music in this high-energy kid’s party idea that includes a fun warm-up with basic hip-hop moves and a choreographed routine to be performed for parents at the end of class. This dance class is sure to be a hit with all ages and boys and girls! All kids will get to perform at the end of the class for each other and parents…a for sure fun party idea ! (It is a great idea to include show time on the party invitation so that all parents can come and see the big show!)

This unique party enables participants to become the choreographers! Dancers will work in groups to choose their desired songs and then work together to choreograph a dance. Everyone will get to perform at the end of the class for each other and parents! (It is a great idea to include show time on the invitation so that all parents can come and see the big show!)

Typical Duration: 45-minutes
Ice Breaker Warm-Up:
Get to know your birthday party guests through a creative game where the teacher will highlight any guest of honor. (ie: The birthday girl or boy)
Birthday Dance Party Time:
The EvOLvE teacher will host a fun dancing warm-up to get everyone moving.
Movin’ & Groovin’ Time:
Dancers will practice their moves by dancing across the floor, striking their favorite moves or ones they just learned.
Dancing Break-Time:
Participate in a dancing obstacle course to get all the wiggles and jiggles out.
Routine Time:
Kids will be taught age-appropriate dance choreography relating to the theme of the birthday party to perform for parents.
Time to Shine:
Dancers will be able to perform for the parents.
Dancing Game Time:
Kids will play fun dance games such as freeze dance
Birthday Boy/Girl Dance:
The birthday girl/boy will get a special song highlighting their special day.
The base price starting at $155 includes a 45 minute dance party with 1 Dance Instructor for up to 20 children, age 12 and under. An additional fee will apply to larger parties. (Gratuity is not included or required, but appreciated)
A second teacher is an additional $30 based on availability.

EvOLvE can accommodate for the dance party to be indoors or outdoors depending on the venue and what works best for you and your party guests. The teacher would need to know ahead of time so that electricity for the stereo can be planned for.
Dance To EvOLvE does not provide a venue and it is not included in the kid’s dance party price. We come to you wherever you are holding the party; We can make almost any space work. We do ask that families clear out an area for the dance party, if possible, making sure that toys and other distractions are put away.
This depends on the age of the kids or toddlers. Typically, for younger than 4 years, 15-20 party guests is average. For older than 4 years, 25-30 guests per teacher is usual. For larger parties, the teacher may need some support from families. (An additional charge of $30 for a second teacher.)

Kid’s dance parties have so many fun things going on, amidst all the cake, people and food, there are a lot of distractions for the children. It is normal that not all kids participate in the dance class with all the other distractions going on.
We are here to provide a fun dance class for your party guests and that may mean your child will want to participate in some activities but not others. The teachers will balance structure with fun to accommodate the party atmosphere. See party layout.
Teachers typically wear the EvOLvE t-shirt for the dance party and are not dressed in confirmation.
Party bookings must be confirmed by payment 7 days after the quote is provided via PayPal/Venmo/Zelle (be sure to click personal payment), personal check or by phone with a credit card. (An additional 3% added for credit card charges.)
There will be a $25 late fee for any payments not received 7 days after the quote is provided assuming the dance teacher is still available.
Any changes made to the party details after the confirmation email has been approved, will incur a $30 admin fee.
Teachers are scheduled for a specific time for your kid’s dance party and often have other parties or dance classes to go to afterward. Therefore we are respectful of our teachers’ time and all bookings must start within 10 minutes of the scheduled time.
If you would like to start the dance class more than 10 minutes after the organized time, it is at the discretion of the teacher if they can stay and there is an additional $15 charge to be paid on the day to the teacher. The dance class start cannot be delayed for more than 20 minutes.
There is a $25 cancellation fee that is non-refundable and there are no refunds with less than 10 days until the dance party reservation date. If paid by a credit card, there will be an additional 3% non-refundable service charge.
